Royal Maye Chie’s factory is located in the South part of Taiwan (Yung Kang City, Tainan). We have a showroom in Taipei City and branch office in New York, USA.

Royal Maye Chie’s products are very flexible wherein changes of size, colors, material, accessories, etc.. are acceptable. You just need to give us your complete instruction and we will do our best to check & customize designs to meet your demands.

Can Royal Maye Chie develop custom’s logos or designs?
Royal Maye Chie’s well experienced in house digitizing and designers can easily transform your 2-D graphic image into a 3-D embellishment.

Does Royal Maye Chie charge for custom samples?
Royal Maye Chie can offer 2~6 pc samples for custom design per item and color free of charge however a setup-up fee may apply. The setup-up fee will be applied to your invoice when you place a production order.

What is Royal Maye Chie’s custom sampling lead-time?
Royal Maye Chie offers quick service for new designs. Normally, it will take 4~7 business days to complete a sample for review. However the lead-time can be affected by how complex the design is or availability of certain materials at the time the sample is requested.

How will Royal Maye Chie handle exclusivity of customer’s logos or does Royal Maye Chie protect clients’ own articles?
Royal Maye Chie maintains respect for customers’ designs and creations. Your articles will only be manufactured and sold exclusively to you and will not be reproduced for other clients interest.

Usually prices are based on F.O.B. Taiwan. However we can offer cost and freight or landed prices upon your request. For the most accurate landed price please inform us of your country’s duty percent for the item being purchased as well as the harmonized code if it is available to you.

What is Royal Maye Chie’s minimum order quantity requirement?
Royal Maye Chie’s minimum order quantity is 300 pcs to 1000 pcs depending on size and item. For sequined motifs the minimum quantity is 1000 pcs per design and per color. For minimums on other trims please contact us.

Can Royal Maye Chie do customized packing or packaging?
Royal Maye Chie’s usual packing method is 100pcs per poly-bag. The poly-bags containing the same items are then placed in a larger poly-bag and finally placed in a carton.
We can provide you products with “special” packaging such as, on card, in an OPP bag, printed barcode or label, or anything other request you may have.

What is Royal Maye Chie’s production lead-time?
Royal Maye Chie’s multi-headed embroidery machines can provide high speed & first-rate result . Our usual production will take about 2~4 weeks or depending on the quantity and the complexity of the design. If you are in urgent need of your products we can do our best to meet your delivery date or arrange to make partial shipments.

Regardless of which office you order from, Tainan, Taipei or New York, Royal Maye Chie’s ability in shipping goods worldwide assists you in sending goods directly to its final production destination from our factory direct.

Royal Maye Chie’s payment term is always by T/T before production. For small cash amounts we can accept payment by check. It is also acceptable to pay by L/C if order amount can reach USD10,000.00 per order.
